Take a drop of cleanser in your wet palm and lather it then apply it on your face. Diluting the cleanser before the use it's a good idea since water activates the ingredients. Also, the cleansers come in a concentrated form and if applied in large amounts can dry out the skin.
Do not squeeze or pick at acne lesions! This will only make acne vulgaris worse.
